Adam Savett is an attorney and nationally recognized expert on securities litigation and class actions. He is a frequent speaker, author, and commentator on complex litigation and securities issues and his comments have appeared in a wide variety of publications, such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CFO Magazine, and Pensions & Investments. Adam is equally comfortable in legal and business roles.

Founder and CEO of TXT Capital, LLC, a financial services boutique, serving the needs of institutional investors and D&O firms with regard to securities litigation and complex commercial litigation issues.

Previously the Director of Security Class Actions with Claims Compensation Bureau, LLC, where Adam managed all aspects of the securities class action services business for pioneering firm in the field of third party claims filing. Adam was an invited speaker before numerous industry groups, including Federal Judicial Center (FJC), Bank Depository Users Group (BDUG), and Association of Global Custodians (AGC).

Previously the Director of Security Class Action Services with Institutional Shareholder Services, where he managed all aspects of the Securities Class Action Services group for leading corporate governance and proxy advisory firm. In addition, Adam authored numerous whitepapers, moderated panels and developed webcasts on securities litigation issues.

Adam was also a Senior Associate at Mehri & Skalet, P.L.L.C. in Washington D.C. and was the primary attorney responsible for business development and case investigation in securities, ERISA, and antitrust practice groups.

In addition, Adam was previously at Cohen, Milstein, Sellers & Toll, P.L.L.C. in Washington, where he oversaw program to monitor and produce regular periodic reports to more than 15 institutional investor clients, with combined securities portfolios in excess of $220 billion. Finally, Adam was an Associate at both Finkelstein Thompson LLP in Washington D.C. and Savett Frutkin Podell & Ryan, P.C. in Philadelphia, PA.
